Our community has two distinct entrances: the East side, which follows along Maggie Valley’s famous Jonathan Creek before climbing upwards, and the West side, which ambles around the Maggie Valley Country Club and Resort. Together we can make our neighborhood the best it can be!

MVCCE POA ALERT
The Board has scheduled our Annual MVCC Estates Property Owners Association Meeting for July 16th, 2026. The meeting will be held at the Maggie Valley Country Club, and all POA Members will receive a notice in the mail regarding the time, agenda, and other details.

Road Updates
ALERT: Country Club Drive between the address’ of 427 and 605 is going to be paved today, May 8th (this is the area that is before and after the MVCC maintenance shed). We apologize for the short notice, but the contractor just let us know that they are able to begin today. Country Club Dr. will be closed in this section, so please take Riddle Cove, Cedar Dr, or Brier Lane to enter and exit the neighborhood.
Bear Update
Please be aware that bear activity is high in our neighborhood and visits to homes and properties have been frequent. Always keep garbage secured, take in bird and hummingbird feeders, and keep homes and cars locked.
